Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our number plates, which are manufactured to order based on your specific requirements, refunds are only available for items damaged in transit - including physical damage to plates, damaged mounting hardware, or packaging damage affecting the product. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and order details sent to info@paisleyregplates.co.uk. We cannot offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect customer specifications, plates that meet legal requirements but don't match expectations, or any damage occurring after delivery. If we make a manufacturing error different from your approved order, we will replace the plates free of charge. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
